Our DNA isn’t set in stone. Our team of more than 100 digital specialists forms the DNA of Lab Digital with their unique passions and interests. Every new team member changes our DNA.

For our team, we have developed a system of periodic personal interviews to optimise cooperation. It includes honest 360° feedback and contributes to the success of both the individual and the team.
Input from the team is of great importance for Lab Digital. Therefore, team members frequently step out of their formal roles. This can vary from organising team-building activities and ordering new office furniture, to setting up a program related to a global sustainability goal.
An annual measurement is organised in cooperation with Great Place to Work to measure the result of our internal culture efforts. Anonymous feedback from our employees allows us to focus on the next steps of building a solid culture.
